What are AI credits? Credits meter the AI-heavy work: extracting rows from scanned PDFs (~20–30 credits/page), identifying brand-new descriptors (~3/page) and web research (~10 per stubborn descriptor). CSV, Excel and OFX parsing and database matches are free — most months you'll barely touch them. Every analysis runs at full quality: if your credits run out, we pause and tell you rather than deliver a reduced result.
Prices exclude tax. Paid page counts and AI credits reset monthly; the free page renews every 24 hours.
Billing questions
What counts as a page?
One PDF page, or 50 rows of a spreadsheet/OFX export. A typical monthly statement is 2–5 pages. Your dashboard always shows pages used and remaining, and analysis pauses — never silently degrades — when you run out.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Manage, upgrade or cancel from your dashboard's billing portal; cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Downgrades go through the same portal, and your analysed reports remain for your plan's retention window.
What if I run out of AI credits mid-month?
You can top up without changing plans: credit packs carry over month to month and only get used after your plan's monthly allowance is spent. Or upgrade if you're consistently over — whichever is cheaper for how you use it.
Do unused pages or credits roll over?
Plan pages and monthly plan credits reset each month. Purchased top-up credits are the exception — they carry over until used.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments run entirely through Stripe — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. Statements themselves are handled separately with their own privacy guarantees: no bank login, card numbers redacted, originals deleted within 24 hours.
